The role
We are recruiting a
BusinessAdministration Apprentice. This newly created role will offer
an exciting and highly sought-after opportunity to learn on the job as
you work toachieve a level 3 apprentice qualification with our
training provider partners.

Summary
- This is a full-time role of
40 hours per week.
- Real Living Wage for London –
currently £13.15 perhour.
- Workdays are Monday –
Friday.
- The office is based in CU
London offices in Dagenham,Essex.

Microsoft Office,including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, to
complete administrativetasks.
- High attention to
detail.
Keyresponsibilities
- Supporting all
aspects of clientliaison via telephone, email correspondence and
BDSIP’s website.
- Supporting BDSIP’s marketing
andcommunications campaigns.
- Involvement in
managing the bookingprocess for 100+ training courses per annum.
- Supporting administrative aspects ofkey events and
conferences organised by senior staff.
- Using
Microsoft Office to ensure allcourse and publicity materials are
produced to the highest standards and by BDSIP’s brand.
- Involvement in updating the BDSIPwebsite and social media
pages and contributing content for communications tomembers and other
internal and external communications.
- Supporting
the wider work of theBDSIP core team, which could include
administrative duties relating to HR;Finance; IT and the company’s
suite of policies and procedures.
- Provide general
administrativesupport with BDSIP’s service delivery.
- Supporting all aspects of client liaisonvia telephone, email
correspondence and BDSIP’s website.
- Supporting
BDSIP’s marketing andcommunications campaigns.
- Involvement in managing the bookingprocess for 100+ training
courses per annum including providing registers topresenters, managing
queries, booking venues, managing event evaluation formsand
communicating with delegates.
- Supporting
administrative aspects of keyevents and conferences organised by
senior staff.
- Using Microsoft Office to ensure
allcourse and publicity materials are produced to the highest
standards and inaccordance with BDSIP’s brand.
Education:
· Minimum of
five GCSE’s Grade 4-9, including Englishand Maths
