Business Analyst: (Telco BSS)

Full Job Description

·        10+ Years of experience  as Business Analyst with Telco OSS / BSS Experience . BSS experience is must

·        Analyse the structure of a business to determine how it operates and document the objectives

·        Identify any problems with the current business model

·        Work with all key stakeholders in Shadow IT program   to perform and collate a comprehensive risk and impact assessment

·        Work with Business teams , IT , Operations and 3rd Party Vendors , to understand business process  w.r.t. Shadow IT Applications

·        Gather and document AS-IS BRS (Business requirement specification) with Business rules to be defined

·        Define and Capture business rules for IT delivery and IT Operations

·        Assist  in testing in documenting the Shadow IT Applications and suggest the options for TO-BE processes

·        Develop comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) test cases at the application and multi-application levels

·        Document the defects and analyse in Agile delivery.

·        Ability to work in Hybrid model (Agile+waterfall) to trace requirements

·        Educate & Train Business , IT and Operations teams when applications move into IT from Shadow IT

·        Excellent understanding of Business analysis techniques, methodologies, and best practices.

·        Self-motivated; able to work independently while coordinating activities with cross-divisional teams

·        Team player; able to communicate with technical and business experts at all levels of the organization

·        Solid analytical and problem solving skills; ability to think strategically

·        Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

·        Carrying out periodic quality checks during the delivery life cycle

·        Understanding of latest tools and technologies like AWS , GCP etc..
