The Team

The Product team's mission is to build competitive advantages for Streamhub's customers through well-thought features and insights built on trustworthy data. Our technologies power analytics, reporting and data applications that are being used across the world.

As the Business Analyst or Associate Product manager lead you will be responsible for supporting the requirements and related UI/UX designs, carrying out product market research, driving SCRUM workflows, coordinating product-oriented projects and leading the product marketing across Streamhub's various products. You and the various teams will develop on that vision to evolve the product by balancing customer requirements and internal innovation ideas, continuously improving on the quality and predictable delivery of the releases.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven product manager who is a Scrum evangelist and with strong experience in the media / ad tech data industry. Together with the business and engineering team you will drive the design, requirements, processes, and tooling that further empowers the experience of our customers using our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish designs and requirements for next generation data products. Challenge the status quo and inspire people to think outside the box.
  • Be responsible for key areas of product requirement development, story documentation and acceptance critera. Build requirements based on your knowledge of the advertising / video industry value chain to generate strong ideas for features.
  • Coordinate cross-functional groups of stakeholders and engineers internally and externally to develop refined requirements for the use of the products, thereby clarifying the product strategy
  • Run and contribute to Scrum with one of the squads with clear actions and goals for team/process improvments effectively running retrospectives
  • Identify areas of weaknesses and propose / execute improvements together with the team
  • Support the product roadmap and manage parts of the backlog
  • Get involved with account support and create processes for collecting feedback from customers, and prioritizing requests across an expanding number of businesses
  • Define key success metrics and SLOs to inform product success and health
  • Drive product marketing including building of knowledge bases, blogs and other marketing activities to promote the product
  • Support sales and customers with product ideation and presentations

Skills (Must have)

  • Strong understanding of how the media and advertising ecosystem works
  • 5+ years of working experience in media, analaytics, measurement, DMP or ad tech products used by media companies and agencies
  • 2+ years of business analyst or product management experience
  • Proven 2+ years of experience in running and being a strong contributor to Scrum
  • 1+ years of product marketing (competitor research, customer interviews, feature blogs, marketing tools, etc)
  • Passionate about improving usability, productivity, product quality, and automating/optimizing workflows.
  • 1+ years Experience with leadership in managing small but fast-paced product teams and budgets
  • Background in startups or fast-moving product tech companies
  • Strong written and verbal communication ability to influence and drive the projects both externally and internally
  • Fluent in English and can either legally work or can freely enter the UK for work

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of data technology and data products including taxonomies, data structures, APIs, SQL
  • Experience with customer-facing projects and discussions
  • Blogs and thought leadership writing

This position is a hybrid remote position for anybody who can either work or travel to London frequently. Those living in Portugal / Europe are welcome.
