40.94 an hour Umbrella Inside IR35
12 Month Contract initially.
This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UK's
leading Defence organisations based Scotstoun.
Business
Change Manager required to be part of an integrated team formed around
End to End Logistics. Will be responsible for incorporating and
managing business change delivery elements into the project and
tracking and reporting the business benefit realisation.
Responsibilities may include:
Develop the strategy for
business change for a project/programme and collaborate with other
change teams to optimise alignment.
- Lead development of business
change management plans.
- Ensure business change management plans
are properly integrated with project/programmes plans.

Collaborate with key project stakeholders to develop project business
case.
- Manage benefits and develop metrics to track
success/benefits in a complex situation.
- Lead the monitoring of
business change management activities and provide insightful
recommendations.
- Provide regular and meaningful reports to
senior stakeholders on the delivery of business change management
plans on the project.
- Lead development of business change
stakeholder management plans for complex projects.
- Develop and
actively manage relationships with key internal and external project
stakeholders.
- Monitor, analyse and report on stakeholder
feedback and insights to aid continuous improvement.
- Lead
development and implementation of communication plans for project.
- Ensure all parties impacted by the change are kept informed, engaged
and have an understanding of the benefits of the project.
- Lead
the development and implementation of training plans for project.
- Conduct business change activities on complex projects including;
Business Change Complexity Assessment, Healthcheck, Impact Assessment
and Business Readiness Assessment. Perform analysis of results and
identify required interventions.
- Proactively identify the risks
arising from business change management activities and ensure they are
properly managed within the project.
- Highlight risks related to
the impact of the project change to executive sponsors, business
owners and leaders.
- Ensure business change management activities
are incorporates into project LCM activities.
- Act as an LCM
Business Change Assessor for a business change project.
- Provide
coaching and support to project sponsors, project managers and people
leaders to help educate and build business change management
capability within projects.
- Determine and agree business change
resource requirements for a project/programme.
