Business Development Coordinator at Leading International Design Studio


Are you a Business Development Coordinator looking for a pivotal role in an ambitious, internationally recognized design studio? They are seeking an organized and talented individual to join their business development team and contribute to their strategic growth initiatives.


In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the acquisition of new business by managing and producing critical business development materials, including responses to RFPs and RFQs, client presentations, and project portfolios. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a detailed and up-to-date database of project information, CVs, and other essential documents.


Key aspects of the role include:

  • Collaborating closely with the Business Development Team to strengthen the studio's market presence and enhance client and collaborator relationships.
  • Producing high-quality business development materials with a keen eye for detail and design, utilizing your proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
  • Serving as a knowledgeable resource in CRM systems, ensuring seamless management and tracking of business development activities.
  • Supporting various strategic initiatives, including market research and coordination of office and project-related tours for potential stakeholders.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Urban Studies, Communications, Writing, or a closely related field, complemented by 1-2 years of relevant experience in the construction or design industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic setting, with a proactive and self-disciplined approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a flair for organizing complex information effectively.
