Now, we're on the lookout for a Business Development Director to power software deals and fuel growth in the airline industry. Your role: Expand key accounts, execute ABM strategies, and propel our cutting-edge software and IoT solutions:

Here's what you'll do:

• Sell and promote software/services to the airline/cargo industry, negotiating deals in Europe and global accounts
• Strategically engage and build key relationships with clients for Consulting Sales foundation
• Develop tailored solution proposals with business cases, closing opportunities efficiently
• Lead sales generation, pipeline management, and strategic/tactical planning for the airline/cargo industry
• Execute account plans, meet revenue forecasts, and conduct progress meetings with the sales team
• Contribute to short, medium, and long-term plans for strategic objectives

This is what you'll need:

• Extensive experience in sales/sales management within the airline/cargo industry
• In-depth industry knowledge and proven leadership skills
• Proven leadership and communication skills, adept at engaging C-level executives
• Strong negotiation abilities, adept at handling price, concessions, and terms
• Self-starter with experience in strategic opportunity sales cycles (solution selling)
• Familiarity with software development life-cycle, IoT space, and ability to collaborate effectively
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally
• Fluency in written and spoken English
