Director of Business Development (Childrens Residential Homes)
National Role
80,000 - 100,000 + Car Allowance & Bonus

Compass Associates are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading children's care provider in their search for a Business Development Director covering a large portfolio of homes across on a national basis. Alongside the CEO you will be responsible for delivering on their 5 year growth strategy which includes developing a number of care services, schools and more bespoke care homes.

As Business Development Director you will lead a large team of Business Development Managers with the goal of increasing referrals into the homes / services and managing new and existing relationships.

Additionally, you will also be responsible for reviewing fees and negotiating contracts to maximise revenues.

This opportunity is a hybrid role and will require travel to multiple homes and offers flexibility to work from home when required
