You will be responsible for driving the adoption of Q-SYS hardware and software solutions within the education and government sectors through agreed business plans.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Q-SYS market share within the agreed market verticals and targeted accounts.
- Developing and managing key relationships with senior stakeholders, including liaison with external direct sales team, as well as internal customer team.
- Maintain and develop the company CRM database.
- Deliver agreed results including product mix and market focus within budget
- Respond to and follow up enquiries within a defined period by email, telephone, and personal visits.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- In conjunction with the product development teams participate in market research including competitor and customer surveys.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
- Attend industry training and develop relevant knowledge and skills to enhance performance

Person Profile Education Requirements:
• Education to degree
level or qualification in an industry relevant field is preferred

General Skills & Experience:
• Must
have proven consultative sales experience
• Experience in
proposing audio visual or IT infrastructure services is vital

Proven experience within Education & Government audio visual
integration
• Demonstration of an understanding of indirect sales
channels is desirable
• Experience with Salesforce CRM sales
forecasting and tracking (or equivalent CRM) is desirable
•
Commercially astute with the ability to understand a complex system
proposition.
• Proven track record of strong quota achievement
• Proven expertise managing complex sales cycle within a
consultative sales methodology
• Sold services not exclusively
based on hardware Technical/Specialist
Experience
& Qualifications:
