Responsibilities

You will be responsible for driving the adoption of Q-SYS hardware and software solutions within the education and government sectors through agreed business plans.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Q-SYS market share within the agreed market verticals and targeted accounts.
  2. Developing and managing key relationships with senior stakeholders, including liaison with external direct sales team, as well as internal customer team.
  3. Maintain and develop the company CRM database.
  4. Deliver agreed results including product mix and market focus within budget
  5. Respond to and follow up enquiries within a defined period by email, telephone, and personal visits.
  6. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
  7. In conjunction with the product development teams participate in market research including competitor and customer surveys.
  8. Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
  9. Attend industry training and develop relevant knowledge and skills to enhance performance

Qualifications

Person Profile Education Requirements:
• Education to degree level or qualification in an industry relevant field is preferred

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships quickly
• Well organised to manage conflicting priorities
• Natural intellect with a high level of emotional intelligence
• Highly motivated and results oriented - driven to succeed
• Excellent engaging presentation skills
• Confident with excellent influencing skills

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written)

 

General Skills & Experience:
• Must have proven consultative sales experience
• Experience in proposing audio visual or IT infrastructure services is vital
• Proven experience within Education & Government audio visual integration
• Demonstration of an understanding of indirect sales channels is desirable
• Experience with Salesforce CRM sales forecasting and tracking (or equivalent CRM) is desirable
• Commercially astute with the ability to understand a complex system proposition.
• Proven track record of strong quota achievement
• Proven expertise managing complex sales cycle within a consultative sales methodology
• Sold services not exclusively based on hardware Technical/Specialist

 

Experience & Qualifications:
▪ Comprehensive understanding of audio, video and networking is essential
