We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join our team! If you have a keen eye for detail and are passionate about ensuring operational excellence in the Fintech & Payment industry, we invite you to join Financial House Limited.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Drive business development efforts with a focus on merchant acquiring and high-risk merchant solutions within the payment services sector.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential partners in a B2B capacity, emphasizing merchant acquisition.
  • Lead negotiations and prepare compelling pitches and proposals tailored to the needs of merchants in high-risk sectors such as gambling and forex.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop prospect pipelines within target sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and effectively manage projects related to payment solutions and services.
  • Occasional travel required to oversee on-site exhibition areas throughout the UK and Europe.


Requirements:


  • Have a minimum of 5+ years payments sales experience (PSP/Acquiring)
  • A collaborative team player committed to driving success in the merchant acquiring landscape within a B2B framework.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong and collaborative relationships across various business units.
  • Proven experience in commercial partnerships and sales within the fintech sector, with expertise in merchant acquiring and high-risk merchant solutions.
  • Confidence in initiating prospective partnerships, with a track record of successful collaboration in the financial services industry.
  • Collaboration with partnership managers to develop accounts, identify opportunities, and address challenges effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building internal and external relationships.

Schedule: 8 hour shift (9am-6pm)
