Hey there data enthusiasts, are you looking for a role that offers the perfect blend of technical wizardry and creative freedom? Look no further! We're seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to join small but mighty data team at SHG. Here's your chance to be at the forefront of innovation in a fast-paced, emerging sector. Buckle up, because it's going to be a thrilling ride!

Our data team is like a rocket ship on its journey to the stars. With lots of growth and exciting projects on the horizon, now's the perfect time to jump aboard. We're a close-knit bunch that thrives under pressure, and we're looking for someone who can think fast and roll with the punches.

As our Business Intelligence Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind our reporting framework. From presenting dashboards to senior leaders to collaborating with frontline service teams, your typical day will be anything but ordinary. You'll lead a small team and champion accessible, high-quality, data across the business.

We’re not looking for just another tech guru; we’re looking for someone who is a people person, too!  With expertise in Power BISQL, and preferably data warehousing, you're ready to hit the ground running. We’re especially keen to speak to people with a background in social housing, but this isn’t a dealbreaker. What matters most is your passion for data and your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.

We want to hear from you if you ARE:

  • A keen problem solver and self-starter who can work wonders without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.

  • Adaptable and flexible and can bend and flex to fit into any situation. If adaptability is your middle name, we want to hear from you!

  • A confident communicator: Presenting and explaining complex concepts? Piece of cake for you!

  • Someone who is solutions-focused. If problem-solving is your thing, this is the role for you.

  • A person who has great attention to detail. Precision matters, and we need someone who dots the i's and crosses the t's.

  • Self-motivated. We're all about using initiative here.

Get ready to sink your teeth into big projects like developing a data warehouse. With our full support for innovation and change, the sky's the limit. It's an exhilarating time to be part of our team, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a real difference.

Please note that this is a hybrid role, and you'll be required to join us in the office each week.

Ready to shape the future of data at SHG? Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity! Apply now, and let's embark on this exciting journey together. Hurry, as we may end the advert early due to the volume of applications received. Don't wait; seize the moment!

This role will be on Three Sixty hybrid T&Cs.
