Business Process Manager to join a passionate, supporting and dynamic
team, all within our iconic Knightsbridge store.
About
The Role
The Business Process Manager role, at an
executive level, is a multi-faceted position with the responsibility
of seamlessly managing the back-end administrative processes within
the operation of the Restaurants and Kitchens (R&K) directorate to
ultimately empower front-end operators to excel. This role will
oversee Culinary and General Administration, Business Performance, and
the continuous service delivery to internal and external stakeholders
across the business in what they need from the directorate.
In this role, you’ll ensure new processes are designed or
existing processes are redesigned effectively and with the correct
controls and measures in place to achieve objectives; you’ll establish
KPI’s and metrics to measure performance and monitor progress. You’ll
collaborate cross-functionally to design, develop, and implement
compelling reports, dashboards and data visualization representing
business activity.
You’ll work with stakeholders in
navigating change, ensuring timely and effective outcomes. As a
trusted advisor, you’ll provide support and advice, being the primary
contact for non-operational needs from R&K, delivering solutions
aligned with the business strategy.
