IT Application Support Analyst

Location: London City Centre

Salary up to £90,000

Reporting into the Head of Product your duties will be the following:

• Provide seamless customer support by investigating, trouble shooting and resolving customer issues.
• Express ownership through solutions and recommendations to help benefit the customer.
• Express strong stakeholder management with both customers, third parties and partners on product / services feedback
• Provide feedback to product / engineering teams on our client’s product and service improvements issues.
• Gather customer requirements and articulate appropriate technical and non-technical solutions.
• Proactively create and drive impactful changes across support workflows, policies and tools
• Assist with customer onboarding and continued success of the customer relationship.

What we are seeking in candidates:

· Background in financial trading systems and software

· Good sound technical & business experience

· Experiencing supporting customers with technical and product issues

· Awareness and passion for blockchain and cryptocurrency

· Demonstrating pro-activity and accountability

· Experience in creating new client support processes.
