About the role:  

We’re looking for four dynamic Customer Service and Business Support Team Leaders to join our team.

Your role will be to develop, lead and manage multiple teams of officers and be responsible for providing an efficient, effective, and flexible business support service. The team will be required to deliver a full administrative service, excellent customer service, upkeep of records both manually and on relevant computer systems, deal with enquiries, invoices and all the other day-to-day administration and support tasks. You will be required to ensure regular engagement is maintained with the relevant service areas. This role will have responsibility for the business support within a number of service areas, from finance to customer services, so you must be interested in and excited by managing a diverse workload.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be someone who works naturally while under pressure and makes sound judgements on a wide variety of issues every day. You’ll need to be a strong communicator and have exceptional stakeholder management skills. You’ll also need to be a problem-solver, proactively seeking solutions, focused and undeterred by a variety of challenges you will face.  You will be constantly curious and able to identify service improvements.

Educated to degree level or relevant experience
