Job Description:

As a Vectorworks Technician you will play a crucial role in our hospitality projects. You will work closely with our design and architectural teams to create detailed plans and drawings using Vectorworks software. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Vectorworks and its applications within the design and architecture industry. This role is a hybrid position, allowing for both remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Vectorworks Proficiency:** Utilize Vectorworks software to create accurate and detailed plans, elevations, and 3D models for high-end hospitality projects.

2. **Collaboration:** Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure that Vectorworks drawings meet project specifications and requirements.

3. **Project Documentation:** Prepare and maintain project documentation, including construction drawings, technical drawings, and specifications.

4. **Quality Assurance:** Ensure that all Vectorworks drawings and documents adhere to industry standards and best practices.

5. **Technical Support:** Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Vectorworks-related issues to the design and project teams.

6. **Project Coordination:** Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of Vectorworks drawings into the overall project workflow.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field preferred.

2. Proven experience working as a Vectorworks Technician in the design and architecture industry.

3. Proficiency in Vectorworks software, including 2D and 3D modeling capabilities.
