About the role:

At Next we have a great opportunity for a CAFM System Adiminstrator to join our Maintenance team at our Head Office in Leicestershire. You will be responsible for monitoring and acting on facilities information to ensure the smooth operation of the Maintenance Teams and including 3rd Party contractors.  As System Administrator you will utilise the NEXT Computer-Aided Facility Management system (CAFM), to provide KPI reporting and analysis dashboards to demonstrate conformance to Facilities Managers. You will interrogate operational performance to identify and initiate requirements to implement new processes and any subsequent system improvements and upgrades.  The role is part of a facilities team whose objective is to ensure that our retail stores and head office sites are maintained to a high standard

You will:

  • Be the operational owner and system administrator for the Next’s CAFM system (Service Channel) and act as the focal point for operational interfaces with the CAFM and other systems for all levels of the business including Next service partners.
  • Set-Up and Maintain the CAFM System
  • Collect, manage and manipulate performance data, create operational reports from across the the maintenance teams
  • Monitor and Audit CAFM system usage with Team Supervisors and contractors, including working alongside other external CAFM support teams and the Head Office and Retail Maintenance Managers.
  • Identify, develop and manage continual improvements to the CAFM system


 

About you:

  • Experience of interrogating and reporting with CAFM systems and other Facilities related software packages
  • Experience of developing and presenting reports and dashboards
  • Experience of working in/with Hard and Soft Facilities operational environments
  • Has operational experience in managing / reporting on maintenance performance KPI’s/SLAs
  • Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and structured problem solving
  • Excellent IT skills including all MS office tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to develop good customer/supplier/end user working relationship
