Are you a talented Project Engineer seeking your next opportunity? We have fantastic news for you! Our client, a leading player in the security industry, is currently seeking an Installation Engineers due to internal advancements.
Installation Engineer Responsibilities :
- Provide efficient, professional, and comprehensive service, installation, and commissioning of Intruder Alarm panels and CCTV systems across various properties.
- Attend customer sites for scheduled appointments, installing both small and large-scale security systems.
- Conduct detailed onsite analysis of system issues, communicate findings clearly to customers, and propose necessary work and additional requirements.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements by understanding customer needs and preferences.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and leaving sites clean and tidy.
- Participate in standby duty after normal working hours as per the rota.
Installation Engineer Requirements :
- Possession of an ECS/CSCS Card with basic Health & Safety knowledge.
- Solid understanding of British Standards for installation & maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Customer service orientation and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
