Job Description: We are currently seeking a Junior Chef to join our clients dynamic team and embark on an exciting culinary journey. As a Junior Chef, you will have the opportunity to work alongside acclaimed Michelin and Rosetted chefs in a wide and varied role. From crafting exquisite dishes for our fine dining menus to preparing meals for the canteen and catering events, this role offers a unique blend of experiences that will challenge and inspire you to grow as a chef.Responsibilities:
- Assist senior chefs in the preparation and execution of culinary offerings across various dining formats, including fine dining, canteen service, college fellow meals, and street food events.
- Contribute creative ideas and insights to menu development and dish creation, under the guidance of experienced chefs.
- Ensure adherence to high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in all culinary operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow during service hours.
- Embrace opportunities for learning and skill development, actively seeking mentorship and guidance from senior team members.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for excellence in every aspect of your role.
- Previous experience working as a chef in a professional kitchen environment.
- A strong culinary background with a demonstrated passion for food and cooking.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
