Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Turners & Millers to join our client's team in Ayrshire (Scotland).

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating Doosan Puma lathes with Fanuc controls for small to medium batch work in industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining, and General Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating CNC lathes with Fanuc controls, primarily Doosan Puma models.
• Producing components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Working on small to medium batch work in various materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, duplex, and heat-resistant alloys.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient production processes.
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CNC Turner/Miller, with proficiency in operating Doosan Puma lathes and Fanuc controls.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
• Flexibility to work dayshift and backshift rotations as required.
