Position: CNC Press Brake Setter Operator
Location : Pocklington YO42 area

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am
- 5pm

Manpower is
currently looking for CNC Press Brake setter / operator to start work
ASAP for our successful manufacturing client based in Pocklington.
As a CNC Press Brake setter / operator you must know how to
read Drawings to determine the measurements of each product and
operate the press brake to cut and bend the materials into the shape
according to specifications. Once the pieces are done, you will check
to make sure they are the correct size and shape. You should have
previous experience with press machine operation, whether through
steel manufacturing or sheet metal work. Our ideal candidate has a
relevant certificate and experience working with CNC (computer
numerical control) equipment.
We are looking for candidate
with previous experience :
Setting and Operating a CNC
Press Brake AMADA or others - Min. of 1-year experience
Ability
to use Tools to check parts meet company standards
Key Accountability: Setting and Operating CNC
Press Brakes (AMADA)
Main Duties:
Working with various materials such as Mild Steel, Aluminium
and Stainless Steel
Interpreting Drawings and Checking Parts,
ensuring standards are met
Working off Bill of Materials
(BOM)
Carry out General Maintenance of Machines
Inform the
Workshop Manager when materials are running low
