A company in Redditch is currently seeking a talented CNC Spring Maker to contribute to its production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and operating CNC machinery to manufacture precision springs to meet exacting standards.

Responsibilities:

"Sets up and operates CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision springs according to specifications.
"Interprets technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate spring dimensions and tolerances.
"Monitors machine performance and makes necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
"Conducts regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
"Collaborates with team members to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process.
"Adheres to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements:

"Proven experience as a CNC Spring Maker or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
"Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machinery, particularly spring forming equipment.
"Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
