The role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious campaign marketer to join an awardwinning company, which is breaking new ground in developing people through professional

apprenticeships and workplace training .

The role of the Campaign Marketing Manager is to work directly with the campaign team, the

wider marketing team, and sales teams, to engage and nurture target accounts through the design

and delivery of multi-channel campaigns. A significant emphasis of this role will be on strategic

growth in new markets, particularly focusing on the third sector and the NHS.

The focus will be on raising Corndel’s profile among our target decision makers; engaging them

with relevant, insightful content, activations and compelling opportunities to engage with us.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Design and execute result-driven B2B marketing campaigns tailored to target buyer

personas

• Clearly and strategically brief design and creative, ensuring that campaign messages are

aligned with our brand voice and visual identity, resonate with our target audience, and are

optimized for conversion and engagement.

• Work closely with the sales, content, and product teams to align campaign strategies with

business goals.

• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics. Use data-driven insights

to optimize and refine campaign strategies.

• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling collateral such as case studies,

insight reports, marketing emails, and thought leadership articles.

• Implement strategies to generate and nurture leads, ensuring a steady pipeline for the

sales team.

• Expertly leverage Paid Social campaigns on LinkedIn, targeted email marketing, and

strategically chosen events to reach and engage our audience.

• Oversee budget for your campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing spend.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in B2B marketing and the skills

and training sector.

Experience and Skills:

Essential:

• 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing

successful B2B strategies.

• Demonstrated experience in achieving strategic objectives through a strong focus

on the buyer journey.

• Highly organised with an ability to manage resources and budgets

• Experience of using a CRM and MAP (Hubspot or similar) to inform and manage campaigns

• You are metric-driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• A starter-finisher who can manage the hands-on delivery of campaigns

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail

• A creative thinker with the ability to create engaging campaigns

Desirable:

• Experience marketing to charities, NGOs, membership organisations and the NHS

• Experience in the training/skills industry or working with HR buyers

• Experience using ABM platforms such as Demandbase and Six Sense
