The role of a Candidate Consultant is a varied and rewarding role, and working as part of a team, you will deliver a world class candidate experience by sourcing, screening and interviewing potential candidates in the fast paced world of Recruitment. There will also be opportunity to work with clients to ensure their needs are met by providing excellent customer service at all times.

Ongoing Learning and Development is part of our DNA, and ongoing training means you will be equipped with everything you need to flourish in your role and reach your potential in your new role.

You do not need to have previous Recruitment experience, but you will be someone who is confident in talking to anyone, someone who is well organised, and is able to work towards agreed goals and objectives. As your role evolves, there may also be occasions where we will be visiting client sites, so if you have a driving licence this will be a bonus, but not a deal breaker.

We are located in central Warrington, close by to the train station, bus station and all major road networks.

This is a full time permanent position, which offers a competitive Basic Salary, plus an opportunity to earn bonus, first year OTE up to £30,000.

Working hours Monday to Friday, and 37.5 hours per week, we offer flexible start and finish times, and you can choose to start at 8am or 8.30am.
