Candidate Manager – Berkshire

Annual salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Job Description

Would you like to work for a new and growing company with a different approach? Chalk is looking for a dedicated Candidate Manager based in Berkshire to help resource, recruit, and clear the best teachers and support staff to work in a range of schools.

The role will include the following.

* Support the team to find and recruit candidates with relevant experience.

* Complete candidate prescreen to check if they are suitable.

* Complete interviews (both faceto-face and via Microsoft Teams)

* Write adverts in order to attract candidates.

* Liaise with colleges and universities to engage with students.

* Check ID and ensure candidates have the documents required for compliance purposes.

* Assist with various checks to ensure candidates are fully compliant.

Skills needed:

* Experience in education recruitment/resourcing

* Good understanding of education, specifically SEND.

* Strong understanding of compliance

* Excellent communication skills

* Proficient ICT ability

* Organised

* Self-motivated

* Hard working
