An opportunity has become available at Adecco UK's Preston office, for a Candidate Consultant to join our team.

The right candidate will be supporting the Permanent division, contributing to the continued success of the current Recruitment Consultants and with the opportunity to progress and drive new strategic ideas to ensure further achievements and success for the team and Preston branch.

Location: Preston, city centre

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

(Offering hybrid hrs after training, 3 days in the office & 2 days from home)

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the primary function of the Candidate Consultant is to provide a high level of administrative and sales support along with candidate care for the permanent branch in accordance with the needs of the business.

A Candidate Consultants supports the smooth running of the branch promoting the branch positively in relation to candidates, clients, and fellow colleagues to achieve the maximum capability of the branch.

A Candidate Consultant is also an ambassador of the branch familiar with its client base, candidate pool and services that Adecco provides.

What you'll be doing

Proactively resource candidates for active client vacancies as well as pipelining talent relevant to the current market sectors
Handle incoming candidate CVs, pre-screening and arranging candidate appointments and guide candidates through the interview process
Assisting with the interview process to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and previous work history
Proactively understanding current client's requirements.
Build market knowledge of clients within each sector.
Daily use of internal CRM system and recruitment tools.
Interact and liaise with clients on daily basis. Are you
