We're delighted to be advising a high profile special situations investment manager in London on their 2024 growth plans.

Investing across a broad range of international special situations markets, our client is seeking a candidate at VP-level upwards to focus on:

• Originating and analysing private market investment opportunities
• Execution and management of investments alongside senior investment colleagues
• Corporate credit situations as a main focus in mezzanine debt and minority equity trades - illiquid lending, primary investment opportunities, secondary liquid names, etc.
• Supporting the senior PMs on management and exit of investments
• Further build your own sourcing network to originate investment ideas (lawyers, restructuring advisors, sell side, etc.)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top-performing and expanding investment firm with AUM increasing rapidly over the past few months. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong event-driven and distressed research and investment experience - either on the buy side or sell side - with appropriate modelling and fundamental analysis skills.
