Job Overview:
Our client are seeking a highly motivated and
results-driven Car Sales Executive to join their team. As a Car Sales
Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used cars to
customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales
targets. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a
passion for cars and excellent sales skills.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships
with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist
customers in selecting the right car by providing detailed information
about features, specifications, and pricing
- Conduct test drives
to showcase vehicle performance and features
- Negotiate sales
prices, including trade-in values, financing options, and additional
product offerings
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and
efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and
address any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with the sales team
to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on
product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors
Experience:
- Proven experience in car sales or a
similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the
ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent sales
management skills with a track record of achieving targets

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability
to upsell products and services to maximize revenue
- Multilingual
or bilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and
effective communication over the phone
