We are looking to employ a Site Manager for one of our prestige dealerships in Stoke-on-Trent. This is an employed position - Salary £28,000pa

The successful candidate will look after a busy main franchise dealership. Experience is essential for this role together with a Full Driving Licence.

We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm.

You will be well organised with the ability to manage your time effectively and possess excellent interpersonal skills, together with being well versed in building effective working relationships. You will have the ability to motivate those around you to continuously improve the business.

This role could be the next career step for individuals who wish to progress into a management role or individuals already working in a managerial capacity. Previous experience in managing teams is desirable.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• To ensure all cars are valeted to the highest standard
• To pay attention to detail
• Applicants must have a full Driving Licence
• Willingness to learn and teach methods of valeting
