Community Care Assistants

Sleaford, Heckington and Ruskington NG34-7BF

Pay rate: £13.00 Weekdays, £14.00 Weekends, £19.50 Bank Holidays, Mileage paid 35p per mile & weekly pay

Shift Pattern: Morning, lunches, evenings and weekend shifts available

Prestige Nursing & Care Sleaford are looking for caring and reliable Care Assistants to support our wonderful clients in this area - our clients require support for most daily living activities and companionship. Our clients have varied needs, they enjoy our carers company and love nothing more than accessing the community, our amazing care team allow them to remain at home with the best quality of care. In this role you would need to be a car driver and have access to your own vehicle.

Your role will include:

  • Prompting medication
  • Helping with the preparation of meals and drinks
  • Assisting with activities of daily living, domestic duties and personal care
  • Maintaining and updating reports such as care plans


We're looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driver's licence and use of own vehicle is required
  • Good professional and personal references



In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
