We do require you to have a Full UK Driving LIcence and Car so you can visit clients. We also require all staff to work their normal hours/shifts on alternate weekends.

As a Care Professional at the UK's leading home care provider, you will support the needs of clients in a number of ways. That may include.....

Personal Care - You will support clients in their day-to-day routines such as washing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and happy.

Help at Home - Living well often starts with looking after the home and having a clean and tidy house can have very positive effects on health and well being. You'll help keep the house clean, tidy and safe.

Companionship - Spending time with people is good for the soul, and it is an important part of what Care Professionals do, it is also good for our well being, knowing we are bringing happiness to older people within our community.

Our Benefits:

* Average rates inclusive of Mileage and Holiday pay average £13.00 per hour.

* Double time for bank holiday hours worked.

* We offer 20 hour and 30 hour Contracts, giving your greater control & security.

* If you prefer or can only work for a few hours each week we are happy to offer hourly rates.

* Uplifted rates for QCF Level 2 and above.

* For those without experience a 12 week paid training programme to get you started.

* Consistent visits to the same clients to encourage relationship building.

* Minimum 1 hour visits - no dashing between clients.

* Career pathways, progression from Senior Care Professional to Key Player.

* Range of work schedules, ranging from mornings, school runs, lunch & tea, evenings.

* Plan ahead, receive your work schedule a week in advance.

Qualifications

We undertake full training of all new staff members so you must be prepared to undertake e-learning and in-house workshops (all training is paid).

You must have your own car - this enables you to travel between clients at your chosen working times.

You will have to cover your normal hours worked on alternate weekends - this is non-negotiable.

We are happy to consider people with absolutely no experience of Adult Social Care.

We will be very pleased to hear from skilled care assistants who are interested in career progression.

We will do our best to accommodate the hours you wish to work, so if you cannot work during the day but want to work evenings or visa versa lets have a chat.
