Location: Winchester  On-Site

Contract: Full-time, Permanent 

Salary: £65.000 - 70,000 per annum

The Role:

• Providing leadership and direction to multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care tailored to residents' needs.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans.
• Establishing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Upholding regulatory compliance and organizational objectives.
• Fostering a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement.

Job Criteria - Essential:

• Recognised professional qualification in Social Care/Health/Housing.
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in complex care environments.
• In-depth knowledge of complex care needs, including Dementia care.
• Strong financial management skills.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities .

Job Criteria - Desirable:

• Experience liaising with external agencies and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with social care and health sector regulations.
