Our wonderful Care Professional allow older people to live long and happy lives in their own homes, whilst promoting their autonomy and independence.

A full drivers license and access to your own vehicle is essential. Mutual days and times of work can be discussed at the interview stage.

A role as a care professional is simply all those things that you do to enhance the quality of life for older people and to help keep them independent in their own home.  With Home Instead, care means quality care . It means providing support that is completely personalised  to the individual and is based on a close bond  formed from personality similarities, shared experiences or interests and no rushed minimum one-hour visits .

Because of this, you can help children of ageing parents know that their loved ones remain safe and well and cared for at home. You do not need any experience or particular qualification to become a Care Professional.   You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and you are comfortable spending time in the company of others.

• Excellent rate of pay - £12.00 per hour to £13.25.00 per hour at the weekend
