At Home Instead (Altrincham, Sale & Wythenshawe) we treat our Care Professionals with the same dignity and respect you offer our Clients. As a Care Professional you provide such a valuable role that allows people to stay living in the home they know and love. Our local office is always on hand to support and we make sure you have the training and support you need from us very step of the way. 

• £12.50-£13.50 hourly rate plus travel time and paid mileage 

• £125 per night for a waking night

Home Instead build our care packages around the individual client,  from a few hours a week to several hours a day,  this makes it feasible to be a caregiver alongside other commitments such as work or family. 

Whatever the future has in store , there will always be a demand for care so people who work in care can rest assured their skills will always be coveted , particularly as we face a rising elderly population. Working as a caregiver in the care sector also opens up a fruitful career path if that is what you are looking for.  With training and experience if you want you you can work your way up to senior or even a management role.

As a Home Instead Care Professional you will make a real difference to our client's lives. With Minimum 1 hour visits and a match to regular clients you will quickly build trusting relationships.  Each client is different so our care plans are carefully tailored to best manage our client's needs and to inspire and encourage to make the most of each day.

The caregiver role is really varied,  from companionship calls to taking people to appointments, from preparing a meal to doing some house work, from personal grooming to personal care, as part of your client's daily or weekly routine you can really help them live their best life at home and in the community. 

We offer competitive hourly rates £12.50 - £13.50 per hr and  you have time to travel between your calls so no rushing and more time spent with your clients.

You will need a car and access to your own transport in order to get between your client's homes. 

We have a diverse workforce with Care Professionals joining at all stages of life and all walks of life and experiences. Not all our Care Pro's  have worked as Care Assistants/ Support workers / HCA's and we are happy to accept applications if you are new to the care sector and wish to learn new skills. Life experience will give you transferable skills and personal experience caring for a friend or family member will mean you can care the Home Instead way.
