Caretaker/ Handyman - Social Housing

Full Job Description

Handyman/careataker required to work with Hull based Housing Associations maintenance team on a on going temporary contract.

My client requires an experienced and professional handyman/careatker to carry out general maintenance, gardening, landscaping, removals and domestic property maintenance. You will work in a team of 3 to 2 and work on numbers of properties per day.

Start date: ASAP

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay rate: 13.05 per hour

Location: Hull

Duration: On going temporary contract

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Previous experience in a handyman/caretaker or hands on manual job role.
• UK Driving license Ideal but not essiental
