Carpenter / Multi Trader

Area: - Essex

Pay: - £30,000 - £35,000 + van & fuel card, pension, holidays etc

The Role:

Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter / Multi Trader to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in the Essex area.

This is a permanent position for a Multi Trader to join a well established Council who provide some fantastic career benefits; Van and fuel card, holidays, pension contribution etc.

Main duties include; - Carpenter, carpentry,basic plumbing, patch plastering, painting and tiling.

Social Housing experience and a UK driving licence is essential for this Carpenter / Multi Trader role.
