THE OPPORTUNITY
As part of our diverse team based in Sydney , you’ll help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You’ll feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose. As part of the CTP team, you will be part of the wider CTP business unit that includes teams in South Australia and Victoria jurisdictions. This is a Case Manager role undertaking full end to end case management under the 2017 NSW CTP scheme. Yes, that is right – no tail MACA claims.
To be successful in this role you would demonstrate an ability to be utilise best practice case management skills while managing a caseload of claims within the legislation.
This will be a Permanent, Full-time position based in the Sydney office with flexibility to work from home 3 days a week once training is complete.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a portfolio of CTP claims
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver personalized claims management strategies that support the achievement of high-quality outcomes
- Working in accordance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
- Providing a service experience that is tailored, effective and client focused.
ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated experience in claims management
- Personal injury experience in alternative schemes is also highly desirable
- An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to provide customer centric support.
- A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organizational and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Sound analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management.
