About the Role :

Are you passionate about making an impact in the Defence & Security sector? Do you thrive on solving complex challenges and driving transformation? Our client, a leading Big 4 Consulting firm, is expanding their Human Centred Transformation team and is seeking DV cleared professionals to join them across Bristol, London, and Manchester.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyse complex issues and provide actionable recommendations using industry knowledge, tools, and technology.

• Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders both within the firm and client organizations.

• Contribute to business development by participating in new business proposals and industry/account teams.

• Support internal practice development by contributing to proposition, methodology, and knowledge-sharing activities.

• Lead the delivery of defined project objectives, scoping and delivering end-to-end transformational activities across various programme contexts.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Must hold a DV (Developed Vetting) clearance.

• Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Change Management : Visioning, stakeholder engagement, training and capability development, user journey development, change impact assessment.

• Organisation Design : Strategic design principles, workforce analysis, organisation design options, target and interim operating models.

• People and Workforce Analytics : Workforce design, talent optimisation, high-impact people analytics.

• Leadership Advisory and Development : Leadership strategy, development, coaching, behavioural and/or occupational psychology.

Salary Details :

• £45,000-£70,000 base salary

• Variable bonus

• DV Bonus
