I’m hiring Change Management Consultants with a few years of experience leading people through change in Health Supply Systems at Big Pharma companies.

My Client is a leading Pharmaceutical organization dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes worldwide. They are implementing a New Health Supply Chain System with a PMD platform, therefore they are seeking dynamic Change Management Consultants to lead this transformative journey.

Location: Greater London, UK

Way of Working: On-site

Full-time Outside IR35 Contract: initially 6 months with extensions

Pay: please provide your daily rate Outside IR35 based on recent contracts

There is no visa sponsorship and no relocation. Candidates need to have the right to work in the UK and to be able to work daily on-site at my Client's office in Greater London.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all Change Management activities for implementing Signant Health’s smart supplies system and PMD platform.
• Develop and implement Change Management strategies to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of the new systems.
• Act as the front-line support for a small team of approximately 60 people, providing guidance and assistance throughout the go-live process.
• Build trust and credibility within the impacted audience, serving as a trusted advisor during the transition from legacy systems to the new platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential barriers to adoption and develop solutions to mitigate resistance to change.
• Provide ongoing communication and training to ensure the impacted audience is well-prepared for the transition.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of Change Management initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Knowledge

• ideal candidates will possess Supply Chain and Big Pharma experience, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
• understanding of supply chain processes and Big Pharma operations.
• with the PMD platform is a plus.
• communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• ability to lead and influence others through complex organizational change.
• organized with excellent project management skills.
• to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• to work on-site at my Client’s beautiful office in Greater London.
