I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Change Management Specialist to join their team
Job Description
As Change Management Specialist, your main responsibilities are:
- Lead and manage the product meeting, to accelerate throughout
- Scrutinise business cases and support or challenge decisions to progress
- Guide Engineering functions on the required steps to ensure timely release & implementation of all Engineering change in conjunction with manufacturing, MP&L, Finance & Purchase
- Manage the handover of changes from programmes to running change
- Publish Change Management KPI data to measure success & identify opportunities
