Charge Nurse - Brand New - Male Mental Health Inpatient Unit
Location:  Stanmore, London
Salary:  £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Hours : Full Time and Part Time hours available

Company / Service information:

• An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Charge Nurse (RMN & RNLD)  to work within our warm and welcoming inpatient unit, located in Stanmore, London. Become an important and valued member of our close knit company and team!

• We are band new! We are a 26-bed inpatient unit for Males of working age, with severe and enduring mental illness, co-morbid physical health problems and complex needs.

• Providing specialist MDT assessment, treatment and support to stabilise an individual's symptoms and help them regain the skills and confidence to live in the community.

Your role:

• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate care, communicate findings, influence change and promote both mental and physical wellbeing.

• Complete clinical audits on months, quarterly and annual basis

• Work with other disciplines, service users and their carers to agree to a holistic, recovery focused care plan to support recovery.

• Adhere to medicines management requirements including storage and administration of medicines.

• Support the development of junior members of the team.

  
Are you...?

• A Senior Registered Nurse / Charge Nurse (RMN or RNLD) ? We welcome applications from Mental Health Nurses and Learning Disability Nurses.

• Senior Registered Nurse / Charge Nurse (RMN or RNLD)  with a valid NMC pin  and full eligibility to live and work in the UK?

• Registered Nurse (RMN / RNLD) with 3 years experience post NMC registration?
