Carriera has been retained by an award winning building and property consultancy to secure a chartered building surveyor for their London office.

About the role

The role offers a full and varied workload, allowing for a chartered building surveyor to deliver to the fullness of their capability or be mentored in areas that they have not had exposure in.  If you are passionate about working in one sector or service this can be accommodated and you will be given full ownership to allow you to progress your career, with the associated rewards.

About you

You must be a driven and ambitious chartered building surveyor, who has relevant experience within the aforementioned sectors. It is essential you have gained your chartership through MRICS or a similar professional body. We are looking for a chartered building surveyor, someone who enjoys working with a diverse portfolio of clients, carrying out survey work and contract administration or can turn their hand to dilapidations or technical due diligence.
