 As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsiblefor:  

• Organising, co-ordinating anddelivering service for one or more sections in our fast, paced kitchens.
• Able to work well with the brigade toproduce dishes in compliance with our specifications
• Able to lead by example, to nurture,lead and develop junior team members.
• Have excellent knife skills
• Clean down kitchens to ensurespotless working environments!
