Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and innovative chemistry lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.
• Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and attainment.
• Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, inclusivity, and a love for learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the science curriculum and school-wide initiatives.
• Provide support and guidance to students to help them reach their full potential academically and personally.

Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS).
• Proven experience teaching chemistry at the secondary level, with a track record of student success.
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for sharing your enthusiasm for chemistry with students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Dedication to continuous professional development and a commitment to staying abreast of current educational trends and practices.
