The Business

Our client is a major contractor, with an impressive and diverse range of products in the residential and commercial sector. Over recent years the company has diversified its offering to an element of modular buildings for the fast paced leisure and food sector, together with education, health and hospitality. The company operates from prestigious offices in the Leeds area.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates from a similar business, looking to join a growing and successful company with the resources and strategy to achieve growth even in this challenging market.

Due to planned growth in its core sectors and markets, the company are seeking an experienced CFO, from a construction / Manufacturing background to lead the finance team and support the Chief Executive. The ideal candidate is likely to be from a major UK PLC in either Construction or Manufacturing, with experience at board level, and a history of strategic leadership in a similar size business (circa £150m).

Key responsibilities in the role include Business Plan financial modelling, institutional funding models, People strategy and finance team development, ensuring exceptional business cash position, Tax planning and efficiency.
