CFO – Manufacturing

Salary - £150,000 - £180,000 plus Equity & Bonus

Finatal are currently working with a recently Private Equity backed precision manufacturing business based in Sheffield.

With the new deal the senior leadership team and private equity sponsor are looking to bring in an experience CFO who can professionalise the business post-deal, manage the incumbent finance function & own and control the financial narrative from day one leading toward exit.

The business is higher margin than traditional manufacturers and currently delivers circa £60m revenue across multiple sites in the UK & EU.

The ambition is to double the size of the business over the next three to five years ultimately culminating in an exit to either secondary equity or trade.

The ideal candidate for this will have worked in a private equity backed business beforehand and will have completed a successful exit.

Experience in the manufacturing space is beneficial but not essential. A key level for growth will be M&A so experience of sourcing, acquiring & integrating businesses will be hugely beneficial.

This role will need to be hands on with the finance team and leadership, expect to spend four days a week in the office.
