Full Job Description

Childcare (In-house Advocate) – Full time – 9 months

Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with a Local Authority based in London, who are known for their very welcoming and friendly team and are recruiting for a Childcare In-house Advocate to join their department.

This is a full time role with predominately court attendance required as you will be handling just advocacy. This role can be outside of IR35

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Experience working as a Childcare Lawyer within Local Government
2. Qualified Solicitor or Barrister or CILEX qualification
3. The ability to attend court
