We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Children's Professionals to join our clients' premium children's services located in the affluent Cheshire countryside. The homes, nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Cheshire, provide a tranquil and nurturing environment for children in need.


As a team member, you will have the chance to contribute to the growth and development of children and young people, supporting them on their journey towards brighter futures. Whether you're an experienced Registered Manager, a skilled Support Worker, we have roles tailored to your expertise and ambition.

Positions Available:


  • Registered Managers: Lead and manage our residential homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulations.

  • Deputy Managers: Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the homes, providing leadership and guidance to the team.

  • Senior Support Workers: Provide direct support to children and young people, offering guidance, encouragement, and emotional support.

  • Support Workers Assist in the daily care and activities of the young people, creating a safe and nurturing environment for them to thrive.




Requirements:


  • Relevant experience and qualifications in residential childcare (for managerial positions).

  • A compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine desire to support vulnerable children.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.

  • Dedication to upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism.
