Civils Project Manager

Full Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead their delivery of a 4m package of works on a scheme in Carlisle, on a total value scheme of c18m

The suitable candidatewill need experience of acting as the lead on a package of civil engineering works/programme, strong management of direct labour and sub-contractors and have knowledge of packages to include: drainage, foundations, ducting, reinforced concrete. A sound knowledge of Health and Safety is imperative.

SMSTS, CSCS card, 1st Aid
