Temp - Perm opportunities available
Various shifts (one day at the weekend must be covered)
AM shift starts times between4am and 10am.
PM shift start times aroundmidday/1300
On average 10hrs per shift.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team. As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating our fleet of vehicles to deliver goods to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and a dedication to customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles, including Class 2 trucks, to transport goods to designated locations
• Load and unload goods onto trucks, ensuring proper securing and handling of cargo
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with company policies and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery logs, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Provide exceptional customer service, including delivering goods in a courteous and professional manner
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 driver's license
• Minimum of1 years of experience as a Class 2 Driver
• Clean driving record with no history of major violations
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
