Class 2 Removals Driver

Full Job Description

Red Sky are working with an established removal company operating a nationwide service for Domestic & Business Relocations.

We are recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers at there Crawley Branch, to work as part of a team, supporting the crew with all aspects of removals and duties.

• You must be physically fit in order to pack, carry, load and unload the vehicle, be polite and professional with good communication skills.
• Must be reliable and flexible with regard to overtime, the odd night out and Saturday work if required.

Hours are 7.30am to 5.30pm, some overtime, Saturdays when required and there may be overnight stay due to larger moved out of area. Guaranteed 45hrs per week.

Salary  £14.50-£15.00 per hour  (Depending on experience)

• 28 days holiday, including Bank Holidays
• Full training provided.

Driver requirements:

• CPC required
• Complete daily vehicle walk around checks
• Load and unload while adhering to safe loading practices
• Comply with Company drivers policy and procedures
• Comply with UK & EU tachograph regulations
• New drivers considered
• You must be reliable
