Full Job Description

Supply Heroes are looking for TWO full-time class teachers to work in a primary school in Newtown, Birmingham who nurture a supportive and positive learning environment where every child and staff member feels valued. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and are looking for something regular between now and the end of the academic year. This role will be starting ASAP and one role is based in Year 1 and the other in Year 3.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Planning and delivering engaging and relevant lessons that meet the needs of all learners

* Assessing student progress on a regular basis

* Supporting students’ social and emotional development

* Identifying students who may need additional support and connecting them with the resources they need

* Working effectively with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students

We are looking for someone who is:

* Experience of teaching in either KS1 or KS2 (or both).

* Enthusiastic and passionate about teaching

* Creative and innovative in their teaching methods

* Able to build positive relationships with students

* A team player who is willing to collaborate with others

* A good communicator who is able to explain concepts clearly

* Flexible and adaptable to the pupils needs

* Have a teaching qualification to teach in the UK
